RAC(Remote Access Card) †

Because there are many restrictions on the browser by RAC login, if you can not log in, first check whether it is a problem on the system or a problem with the browser. By the way, you can log in to RAC when IE is used. When using Firefox you can not log in to RAC. Also, since the maximum number of sessions is limited, if you can not log in, you may solve by logging in after a while.
RACのログインにはブラウザによる制限が多いので、ログインできない場合はシステム上の不具合であるのか、ブラウザの問題なのかを最初に確認すること。ちなみに、IEを用いた場合はRACにログイン可能。Firefoxを用いた場合はRACにログイン不可。また、最大セッション数も限られているため、ログインできないときはしばらく置いてからログインしてみることで解決する場合がある。

FW update of RAC †

ログインできない等のトラブルが生じた際には、FWのupdateをCUI上で行う場合がある。
起動USBメモリを作成する
1. System ROMPaq Firmware Upgrade for HP ProLiant MicroServer (For USB Key-Media)をダウンロードする。HPのWEBからダウンロードできなかったので、下記リンクから入手。

2. ダウンロードしたSP64420.exeを実行する.
3. HTMLが開くので、[Launch HP USB key Setup Creation Utility]をクリックする。
4. HPQUSB.exeがダウンロードされるので、これを実行する。
必要なファイルの取得
5. socflash_v11203.zip の中身すべて（socflash.exeとboot.bin）
　http://www.aspeedtech.com/support.php
　ASPEED SOC Flash Utility から取り出したzipファイルの中身を全部コピー
7. all.1.2.bin
　http://h20564.www2.hpe.com/hpsc/swd/public/detail?swItemId=MTX_8d1c5088cd1f40ec94d5a0ee28
　BMC_FW_Version1.2_09_23_2010.zip から取り出す

8. USBメモリ中のautoexec.batを削除
　システムファイルを表示する設定にしないと、普通表示されないファイルです

9. このUSBメモリから起動
10. Enterキーを数回押すとコマンドプロンプトが出る
11. フラッシュのコマンドを実行
　socflash.exe if=all12~1.bin
　socflash.exe if=all14~1.bin
Update Flash Chip O.K.と出たら完了です
